Preparation before painting

It is important to take the following measures before painting in order to maintain the painting effect and durability.

■ If there is dirt, float, oil film, etc .... Air blow, high pressure water washing, and dry well.

■ When rust occurs: Polish the rust, remove the deteriorated coating film, clean it, and apply rust preventive coating. (Epoxy resin paint, etc.).

Please be sure to read the attached construction procedure manual carefully for how to handle the paint. Especially before painting "Thermblock", it is important to stir the paint well with a mixer for about 3 to 5 minutes.

 
Painting process

① Apply the Thermbase (primer) once.

・ After painting, let it dry.

Estimated drying time (depending on the dry condition of the area)

Summer: 2 hours

Spring / Autumn: 3 hours

Winter: 4 hours

 

② Apply Thermblock (main material) twice.

・ After the first painting, let it dry.

After confirming that there is no adhesion to the finger by touch inspection of the painted surface, apply the second painting.

・ After the second painting, let it dry again.

Estimated drying time (depending on the dry condition of the area)

Summer: 0.5 to 1 hour

Spring / Autumn: 1-1.5 hours

Winter: 2-3 hours

Make sure that there is no adhesion to your fingers by touch inspection of the painted surface before applying the top coat.

③ Apply Thermtop (top coat) once, and the painting is completed.

It takes about 3 hours to dry.
